I’m delighted that you have taken the time to visit the school website. We hope you find our website to be user-friendly, and after your visit, you will have a good idea of all we have to offer.
Green Turtle School is an incredible place for students from diverse backgrounds to grow educationally, get involved and have a meaningful school experience. I firmly believe that an educational institute is not just about bricks, mortar and concrete, but about building character, enriching minds and enriching experiences that last a lifetime. Life is not a set of instructions but is a series of experience and learning processes.
We believe in motivating and getting the best out of the children paired with positive reinforcement of good work and good behaviour. We focus on ENCOURAGEMENT, ENTHUSIASM and EMPATHY rather than criticism, fear and punishment. We are continuously working to develop an environment with a sense of discipline and a good moral character; where all students will conform to high disciplinary standards and inculcate values of tolerance, fair play, compassion, integrity and courage.
We strongly believe that the important thing is not to stop questioning. Hence, the purpose of the education received by our children is to replace an empty mind with an open one. Green Turtle School motivates its teachers to provide an atmosphere for discovery, where students are encouraged to be creative and curious, instead of routinely loading the children with academic burden.
Education is a complete process that leads to the attainment of the full potential of the child. Our endeavour is to equip our students with life-skills to face the real world an all-round development of human potential and personality – physical, mental, moral and spiritual.
Even teachers are always learning. That’s the shared journey that connects teachers to their students. If you’re all learning together, you’re making terrific progress. Our aim is not to only be an administrator but also to be a friend, philosopher and guide to students on whom they can count on and trust at all times.
We value regular contact with parents / guardians, and regard the home-school partnership as an essential part of the education process. We are always looking for new ways to involve parents in the life of the school. We are always open to refreshing views and suggestions which can add more value to the students of our school.
